Yes. We allow for up to one additional passenger at no charge, as long as there is enough room. Please inform us when scheduling your ride, so that we can account for this when arranging your appointment.
We advise scheduling at least 48 hours in advance to ensure that we have a vehicle for you. However, we do understand that urgent situations may arise and will try to accommodate any last-minute requests.
Our vans are fully equipped to transport power chairs, standard wheelchairs, scooters, and walkers. Our drivers have been professionally trained to safely secure all equipment within the van.
Yes! We provide transportation, seven days per week, including all major holidays, as we know that healthcare doesn’t stop on weekends or holidays either.
That is not a problem! If you have a scheduled return time but are delayed, just contact us and we will make the necessary changes to our schedule and have someone come to pick you up as soon as we can.
