We’re proud to say that all of our vans are equipped with durable, low-angle ramps which allow you to board the van quickly and easily. Additionally, we use Q’Straint Tie-Down systems, which are industry leaders in securing wheelchairs and scooters in transit. Additionally, to protect you from injury, all of our vans have both shoulder and lap belts for all of our passengers.
In addition, all of our drivers have gone through extensive training. The training includes advanced defensive driving techniques and techniques for assisting passengers in a compassionate manner, as well as the proper use of techniques to secure different types of mobility devices. We have taken every possible precaution to ensure your safety and care from the minute we arrive until you reach your destination.

Provide us with the pickup address, appointment time, and destination. Please mention if you use a wheelchair, walker, or any other type of special assistance.
We will send you a confirmation shortly after with all your ride details including pickup time, driver’s name, and vehicle information.
Your driver will call or text when they arrive. They will assist you from your door to the car and make sure that you are seated safely and comfortably for the ride.
You can book your return trip at the same time as your outbound trip for a set time or choose our flexible “will-call” option which lets you call us when your appointment is finished and ready for pickup.

It’s best to book at least 48 hours beforehand so we can be sure to help you. But, we get that things come up, and we’ll do our best to assist even if it’s at the last minute.
