How do I schedule?

What’s the latest I can book a trip?
Elite Community Transportation proudly offers same-day bookings. While a 48 hours is preferred to ensure the requested trip time is available, Elite Community Transportation offers Same Day bookings
as well.
What hours can I book a trip for?
Yes, Elite Community Transportation also services personal errands, events, family outings, and more.
Can I book a trip in advance?
Yes, 48 hours or greater booking in advance is encouraged.
Do you provide stretcher transport?
Elite Community Transportation does not offer Stretcher transportation at this time.
Can you transport Covid+ patients?
Yes, COVID Transportation Specialists are available upon request.
What types of wheelchairs are compatible?
Elite Community Transportation can accommodate all wheelchairs, including Bariatric Wheelchairs and Electric Wheelchairs. Please provide wheelchair type/size at booking.
Can I book non-medical transport?
Yes, Elite Community Transportation also services personal errands, events, family outings, and more, Outing, etc..
Can two wheelchairs fit in one van?
Currently, all vehicles include an additional ambulatory seat for a companion.
How far can we travel?
We travel throughout Texas and the surrounding states. Lets Ride Together.
Do you accept medical insurance?
Elite Community Transportation does not currently accept insurance.Receipts/ Invoices may be provided upon request, to submit to insurance for any available out of pocket expense reimbursement.
Is someone allowed to ride with me?
Yes, family members or medical professionals are encouraged to accompany passengers.
What are your prices?

Will the Driver wait with me?
Yes, please request wait-time whenever requesting a trip quote.
Do you provide wheelchairs?
Yes, all Elite Community Transportation vehicles are equipped with a wheelchair at no additional cost. Please note, the Drivers are unable to leave the wheelchair with a passenger in between transports or at the destination. If you require a wheelchair use outside of the time during transportation, please note this to Intake at the time of booking.
Are you able to transport wheelchairs/scooters?
Yes, we can transport both.
Do you offer Door-thru-door service or curb to curb?
Yes, we can transport both.
Do your Drivers Accept tips?
